A travers de rapide sketchs, Indépendance Tchatcha offre une immersion dans la vie quotidienne d’afrodescendants de tous horizons, que ce soit au sein d’une famille africaine au passé polygame, dans les bureaux d’une grande entreprise en manque de “diversité” ou encore dans une relation amoureuse basé sur la fétichisation.
Le ton mêle satire, sarcasme et humour social, avec la volonté constante de transformer les tragédies silencieuses en métaphores comiques.
Through a series of rapid-fire sketches, Indépendance Tchatcha offers an immersion into the daily lives of people of African descent from all walks of life—whether within an African family with a polygamous past, in the offices of a major corporation lacking in “diversity,” or in a romantic relationship rooted in fetishization.
The tone blends satire, sarcasm, and social humor, driven by a constant desire to transform silent tragedies into comedic metaphors.

Animation de papier découpé mettant en vedette un merle qui perd tour à tour son bec, son cou, son œil, ses ailes, ses pattes, et qui les retrouve en double et en triple, en suivant le rythme d'une chanson folklorique interprétée par le Trio lyrique.
In this animated film, Norman McLaren imparts unusual activity to an old French-Canadian nonsense song. Simple white cut-outs on pastel backgrounds, many by Evelyn Lambart, provide lively illustrations. The folk song "Mon Merle" is sung in French by the Trio Lyrique of Montreal.

In 1806, Mount Rossberg's collapse caused the most devastating natural disaster in Switzerland's history. On September 2nd, after heavy rain, a massive landslide obliterated Goldau, claiming 457 lives. Based on historical records and research, this film depicts the tragic moments that reshaped the valley and its people. It captures nature's raw power and the lasting impact of a catastrophe that echoes through history.

Christopher déteste son nom et en change pour celui de Tiger. Puis, il en trouve un autre encore meilleur... Lorsqu'il a de la difficulté à encaisser le chèque que sa tante lui a donné pour son anniversaire, il comprend enfin combien son véritable nom est spécial!
Christopher hates his name and changes it to Tiger. Then, he finds another one that is even better... When he has trouble cashing the check his aunt gave him for his birthday, he finally realizes just how special his real name is!

Craquement, ruissellement et autres sons donneront vie à ces lieux, abritant une faune silencieuse, presque invisible, mais pourtant bien présente. Ce film a été dessiné et animé seul sur une unique feuille de papier sous forme de performance.
In the middle of nature, at the base of a cliff, two campers, intrigued by outside noises, cross the deserted landscape, lamp in hand. Cracking, trickling and other sounds give life to these places, home to a silent fauna, almost invisible, but still very present. This film was drawn and animated alone on a single sheet of paper as a performance.

An animated short film offering a reflection on the conservation of our natural resources and environment. Scientists employed by a multinational corporation create a new life form designed to rid the seas of oil pollution. This living organism—dubbed the "oil-guzzler"—becomes responsible for the worst energy crisis in history.
